Suplinaca specializes in component supply and manufacturing of custom measuring runs for all of our hole mounting models and a variety of other measuring applications. We offer our services from 2” to 30” whether high or low pressure, wet, dry or corrosive service, we can assemble a package of measures that meets the client’s specifications and requirements.
Meter Runs can be designed to ANSI and API standards for various pressure classes and different pipe sizes.

Production and test manifolds are used to collect production from various wells to a central manifold where the wells can be tested individually or be in production. These can be operated manually or automatically with time controls.

Casing & Tubing
Casing Pipe & Production Pipeline
They are the pipes that apply to drilling oil and gas wells. It operates by stringing, under the pressures and loads for a given set of operating conditions. They are manufactured from the highest quality steel and under strict safety controls in the manufacturing processes.
They are the seamless type.
Our pipes are made under API specifications. Casing sizes are from 4-1/2” to 20”, tubing sizes are from 2-3/8” to 4-1/2”, in steel grades J55, N80 (N80-1, N80-Q) , L80 and P110. We can also manufacture casings that resist high collapse and other special conditions.

The suction rods or suker rod are the link between the pumping unit installed on the surface and the subsurface pump. Their main functions in the mechanical pumping system are to transfer energy, support loads and drive the subsoil pump.
These come from the following measurement:
3/4, 7/8, 3/4 and 1 with a length of 30 feet, according to the standards required by the client.

They are mechanical devices with which the circulation (passage) of liquids or gases can be started, stopped or regulated by means of a movable part that opens, closes or partially obstructs one or more orifices or conduits. These are offered from 1/2” to 30” according to ASME, API standards and according to the specifications requested by the client.

It is the element that joins two components of a piping system, allowing it to be disassembled without destructive operations, thanks to a circumference of holes through which connecting bolts are mounted.
Flanges are those elements of the pipe line, intended to allow the union of the parts that make up this installation, whether pipes, valves, pumps or other equipment that is part of these installations.
The flange has a very different manufacturing and production process from a pipe. After being manufactured, the flanges must be joined to the pipes to allow joining sections of pipes to each other or joining sections of pipes to other installations.
Among the flanges that we can offer we have the following:
